These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are applied to the supply of services in SaaS technology with specific reference to the purchases made in VITECO’s website, in accordance to the Italian law contained in the Consumer Code by:

Before accessing the services provided by the site, the buyer is required to read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale that are intended to be accepted in the case of purchase.

2. Object
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale regulate the offer and the acceptance of purchase orders of services provided by VITECO ltd and do not regulate any supply of services or products of third parties that are placed in the website via links, banners or other hyperlinks.
3. Conclusion of the contract
In order to conclude the purchase contract it will be necessary to fill out the form: “Billing Details” in electronic form and send it following the relative instructions.
In that form are included the reference to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the information about each purchased service, the payment methods that can be used and the conditions for the right of withdrawal.
Before concluding the contract, it will be asked to acknowledge that you read the General Terms and Conditions of Sale including the reports about the right of withdrawal and the processing of personal data.
The contract is intended to be concluded as soon as the seller receives the billing form, after verification of the accuracy of the data included.
The buyer is required to pay the price when the transmission of purchase order is concluded. It happens by clicking on the button “Make the order” at the end of the procedure.
After the conclusion of the contract, the seller takes charge of the order.
4. Registered Users
In completing the registration procedure, the buyer undertakes to follow the instructions contained in the website and to provide his personal data in a correct and truthful manner.
The confirmation will exempt VITECO ltd from any kind of responsibility about the buyer’s data provided. The buyer undertakes to inform VITECO ltd about any kind of variation about data provided in the moment of registration.
In case the buyer provides incorrect or incomplete data or in case of arraignment for completed transactions VITECO ltd will be authorized to prevent the activation of the account or to suspend the service until their regularisation.
After the first profile’s activation, VITECO ltd will provide the buyer a username and a password. The buyer acknowledges these data as the only way to recognise him, since faits accomplis through this system will be referred to the buyer and will have binding effects for him.
The buyer undertakes to keep secret his data and to not share them to third parties.
5. Payment methods and prices
The services price is the one indicated in the website, except where there is an obvious error.
In the case of error VITECO ltd will inform as soon as possible the buyer giving him the possibility to confirm the purchase with the correct price or to cancel it. There will be not, in any case, be the obligation for VITECO ltd to provide the service at the lower price wrongly indicated.
Prices are not comprehensive of VAT. Prices are subject to changes at any time. Changes are not related to confirmed purchases.
Once selected, services will be added to the cart. It will be sufficient to follow the instructions, providing and verifying the information required at every step. Purchase details can be modified before the payment.
Payment can be made by PayPal or bank transfer.
6. Passing of risk
Risks related to services provided will be borne to the buyer at the time of delivery. Services property is intended to be transferred to the buyer when seller receives the payment or at the time of delivery in the case it will take place in another moment.
7. Withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, the buyer has the right of withdrawal by sending the communication via cem [email protected] specifying the reasons for the withdrawal, within 10 days after the purchase.
The refund will take place via bank transfer to the bank account provided by the buyer at the moment of withdrawal. The buyer, after the withdrawal, undertakes not to use the service, otherwise the withdrawal will be considered as cancelled.
8. Data processing
Data provided by the buyer are used in accordance with the current legislation about data protection.
9. Safeguard clause
In the case one of the clauses contained in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale is considered invalid it will not take effect on the validity of the rest of the clauses contained in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
General Terms and Conditions of Sale are ruled by Italian law and interpreted in accordance with it, except other imperative laws in the country of residence of the buyer. As a consequence the interpretation, execution and resolution of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale are ruled by the Italian law and disputes shall be settled exclusively by Italian jurisdiction. In particular, disputes shall be settled in the court where VITECO ltd registered office is based.
